***NEW: Rate increase and added verbiage to go into effect 04/01/2023***

The current lease cycle was set at 6 months from 10/01/22 to 03/31/23 with a rate of $25.
The next lease cycle will be 3 months from 04/01/23 to 06/30/23 with a rate of $23.

Moving forward, kayak lease cycles will be bi-annual, twice per calendar year at a rate of $45 each.

• January 1st through June 30th  

• July 1st through December 31st

Approved verbiage added to kayak lease starting on 04/01/2023.
“Tenant acknowledges that the Lessor intends that all vessels be actively used at least once during the lease period to be eligible to renew the lease for the following six-month lease period. The usage requirement is not applicable when the lake level is at or below 657msl.”
