Free COVID-19 Testing at K Oaks, Aug 1-2
Location: 7000 Bar-K Ranch Rd, Lago Vista
Date & Time: August 1 -2, 10am - 4pm or until kits run out
Type of test: Curative (cheek swab)
All tests are walk-up and no appointment needed. No symptoms necessary to be tested.

Accepting nominations for Board member positions.
Deadline 8/31/20 Each elected Board member serves a 3 year term with the option to run for another 3 year term. There are 2 regular meetings every month and special meetings called as needed. Other discussions are communicated by email.

Fitness Center is Open
Hours 7am-8pm, Capacity limited to 12, Health protocols are in place. Gym memberships are $50 per household per year.

POA POOL is Open
9am - 9pm Mon-Sat and 1pm - 9pm Sunday

Pool memberships are $20 per household per year. To purchase a pool membership go to "Community Pages" tab on this website, select Pool which will direct you to RecDesk. Payments made through RecDesk are simple and free of charge. If you have any questions please email


LVPOA parks are for the exclusive use of the members and their guests. Therefore, ALL VEHICLES on POA property MUST display a member sticker or guest pass. Parking outside of Bar-K Park in front of the pool/Grande is also POA property and requires stickers or guest passes. Rangers will be issuing warnings and citations for violations.

Due to COVID-19 the POA office will continue to serve our members through EMAIL AND  window pick up service at the office, 20503 Dawn Dr. For faster pick-up, email your request for access cards or guest passes to  then stop by the window to pick it up Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
